This 1 hour professional development will examine the impact stress can have on teacher performance and burnout and how mindfulness can help reduce and potentially reverse its effects. Teachers will also get the opportunity to learn and participate in specific techniques that they can use throughout the day to improve their personal mindfulness practice.
